Rental Rates:-
Summer: 1st April - 14th December - £1,000 per week
Winter: 15th December - 31st March- £1500.00 per week
Long term rental considered- please contact owner
25% deposit required at time of booking, balance required 6 weeks prior to departure.
Grantley Adams International Airport is approximately 30-40 minutes drive from the house
Rates include the services of a maid once per week, with change of linen weekly. Additional maid services can be arranged direct.
Concierge services can also be arranged directly with the House Manager and may include Airport collection, car hire, baby sitting, hiring of cots, high chairs etc.
There is a TV at the property but currently no subscription to a service. However, there is a DVD player. IPOD docking system. Telephone line - local calls are free. Pre-paid dial up internet cards can be purchased in the nearby Holetown shopping mall for lap tops.
Beach towels are provided.
